Paperman Media (New Delhi)- Heritage Education and Communication Service (HECS), INTACH, in association with the INTACH Punjab State Chapter, organised a two-day Heritage and Citizenship Training Workshop on 24–25 March 2026 at Golden Tulip Hotel, Jalandhar, with 36 participants from multiple Punjab chapters.
The programme began with an introduction by Maj. Gen. (Retd.) Balwinder Singh. Day 1 featured sessions on cultural heritage challenges, citizenship, and conservation, led by experts including Mr. Subash Chander, Mrs. Purnima Datt, Ms. Kiranjot Kaur, and Prof. Balvinder Singh. Chapters also presented their heritage initiatives.
Day 2 included a lecture on Punjab’s military history by Lt. Gen. A.S. Bahia, followed by a visit to the Jung-e-Azadi Museum.
The workshop concluded with book sessions, group presentations, certificate distribution, and a vote of thanks by Mr. Abhishek Das.
