Trilochan Sahoo has been conferred with a prestigious National Award for Innovations in recognition of his outstanding contribution to disaster awareness and school safety.
Sahoo received the award for his innovative initiatives aimed at creating awareness about natural disasters through School Safety Walls installed in various schools and public places. His efforts have helped promote disaster preparedness and awareness among students and the general public.
The National Award was presented by the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi, under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in recognition of his significant and innovative contribution in the field.
As part of the honour, Sri Sahoo was presented with a certificate, a silver plaque and a cash award of Rs 10,000.
The recognition is a testament to Trilochan Sahoo’s continued efforts towards strengthening disaster preparedness and promoting safety awareness at the grassroots level through innovative and educational initiatives.
