Amway India has expanded its physical presence with a new Experience Centre in Gurugram and revamped stores in Berhampur and Balasore, Odisha, as part of its multi-year growth strategy.

Michael Nelson, President and CEO of Amway, inaugurated the Gurugram centre during his official visit. The expansion builds on the ₹100 crore investment announced last year for multiple initiatives, including strengthening the company’s physical presence.

The upgraded stores in Berhampur and Balasore aim to bring Amway’s products and brand experiences closer to consumers while providing distributors with dedicated spaces to interact with customers and build local communities.

Speaking on the occasion, Nelson said India was central to Amway’s global growth journey, driven by evolving consumer preferences and increasing interest in health and wellbeing. He said the new centre reflected the company’s long-term confidence in India and its commitment to supporting distributors, encouraging entrepreneurship and enhancing consumer experiences.

Rajneesh Chopra, Managing Director of Amway India, said the outlets were engagement hubs rather than conventional stores, offering consumers opportunities to explore products while helping distributors strengthen customer relationships.

The company currently operates more than 85 stores nationwide. It has opened or revamped over 14 outlets in recent months across markets including Pune, Kolkata, Siliguri, Imphal, Bhagalpur, Anand, Ahmedabad, Bongaigaon, Agra and Nanded.

Amway India plans to open or upgrade several more stores over the next three to four years, covering metropolitan, tier-2 and tier-3 markets.

As the company approaches three decades in India, it said its priorities include consumer trust, responsible entrepreneurship, innovation, regulatory compliance and long-term value creation. The expansion also aims to support economic empowerment and healthier communities.
