Paperman Media ( Bhubaneswar )- The Higher Education Department has extended the deadline for submission of applications for admission into undergraduate (UG) programmes for the academic session 2026–27. Students can now submit their applications through the SAMS portal till 16th June, 2026. The first merit list for UG admissions will be published on 22nd June, 2026.
The admission process will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. While filling up the Common Application Form (CAF) on the SAMS portal, students will have the flexibility to choose their preferred major and minor subjects.
Students interested in Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programmes will also be able to apply for the courses through the SAMS portal.
The Higher Education Department has set a target to commence undergraduate classes for the academic session 2026–27 by 10th July, 2026.
