Bhubaneswar - To give emphasis to the children belonging to the Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group pursuant to rule 12(1)(c) of the RCFCE Act 2009, the third round online centralised process was conducted on 6th July 2026.
Third round student registration through the RTE Paradarshi portal began on 22nd May to Ist July 2026. Accordingly, 3937 student applications were received through the portal, out of which 3139 applications were verified by BEOs, and those applications were placed for online lottery on 6th July 2026 at 4:00 PM in the chamber of the Director, Elementary Education. Out of which 2446 no. of applications were considered, and those students were allotted seats through online centralised lottery. The admission process will start from 7 July 2026 and will be close on 15th July 2026.
