Paperman Media (Puri)- Like every year, this year too, Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital has opened an emergency and temporary hospital on the occasion of the world-famous Rath Yatra here. A special emergency and temporary hospital has been inaugurated for devotees near the north gate of the temple and one at Busstand. This 25-bed hospital has HDU facilities. Experienced and senior doctors in the hospital will provide 24-hour health care. After primary treatment, seriously ill patients will be shifted to Hi-Tech Hospital in Bhubaneswar and there is a concessional facility for treatment there. A high-quality, high-capacity ambulance is available for the convenience of health services. In addition, a mobile van is being used for eye and dental treatment.
According to the list, a total of 12,335 patients were treated during the world-famous Rath Yatra last year. At the hospital inauguration ceremony held at Uttara Dwar on Tuesday evening, Puri MP Dr. Sambit Patra, Central IG Dr. Satyajit Nayak, Hitech Medical College and Hospital Founder Chairman Dr. Tirupati Panigrahi, Satyabadi MLA Om Prakash Mishra, Radhaballav Math Mahant Ramakrishna Das Maharaj, North Side Math Mathadhish Narayan Ramanuj Dash, Shrimandir Management Committee members, senior service personnel, were prominently present.
