Third High Power Committee (HPC) Meeting on RIDF held  under the Chairmanship of Development Commissioner

Paperman Media (Bhubaneswar)-Third Meeting of High Power Committee (HPC) on Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) for the financial year 2025-26 convened today on 12.03.2026 at Lok Seva Bhawan under the chairpersonship of Deoranjan Kumar Singh, IAS, Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary, Odisha.

Paperman Media (Bhubaneswar)-Third Meeting of High Power Committee (HPC) on Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) for the financial year 2025-26 convened today on 12.03.2026 at Lok Seva Bhawan under the chairpersonship of Deoranjan Kumar Singh, IAS, Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary, Odisha. 

Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra, Principal Secretary, Works Department, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Department of Water Resources,                         Subha Sarma, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, AG & FE Department Sachin Ramachandra Jadhav , Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Rural Development Department, Yamini Sarangi Commissioner-cum-Secretary, MSME Department, Rashmita Panda, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, F&ARD Department,  Prem Chandra Chaudhary,  CGM, NABARD, Vinod Arya and senior officers of State Government participated in the meeting.

DC-cum-ACS, upon reviewing achievement of RIDF projects, being implemented by different departments, suggested valuable inputs and urged for the expedited execution of ongoing projects under RIDF. Considering consistent excellent performance of the State of Odisha, NABARD was impressed upon to consider sanction of additional projects for the current fiscal year 2025-26. 

Agriculture &FE Department was advised to submit new project proposals for funding under Micro Irrigation Fund (MIF). Similarly, F&ARD Department was advised to submit new projects for funding under Fisheries & Aquaculture Infrastructure Development Fund (FIDF).  And, MSME Department, Agriculture &FE Department and F&ARD were advised to submit new project proposals for funding Food Processing Fund (FPF).
