Producer of National Film Award-winning Odia film Lahari, Jhilik Bhattacharjee, along with other members of the film’s team, called on Odisha Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati at Lok Bhavan here on Thursday.
The Governor interacted with the team and congratulated them on the film’s national recognition, saying the achievement had brought pride to Odisha. He appreciated their efforts and wished the team success in its future endeavours.
Kambhampati also encouraged the filmmakers to continue producing meaningful and impactful films and use cinema as a medium to inspire and positively influence the younger generation. He appreciated the team’s contribution to promoting Odia cinema at the national level.
