IndianOil has launched its innovative 10-Kg XTRALITE NOW Free Trade LPG (FTL) cylinder in Berhampur and Gopalpur, further expanding the availability of its lightweight composite LPG solution in Odisha.
The product was launched at Pramod Lands End Resort, Gopalpur, in a ceremony graced by Shri Kamal Sheel, CGM & State Head, IndianOil Odisha State Office. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from State LPG Head Shri Naro Tundop and Bhubaneshwar Divisional LPG Sales Head Shri. Sachin Kadam and IndianOil’s LPG channel partners and customers, including the first customers of XTRALITE NOW in the Berhampur region.
XTRALITE NOW combines IndianOil’s advanced composite-cylinder technology with an enhanced service proposition, offering greater convenience and ease of handling. Significantly lighter than conventional steel cylinders, the 10-Kg cylinder has a three-layer composite construction comprising an HDPE inner liner, polymer-wrapped fibre-glass composite layer and an HDPE outer jacket. The robust, rust-free design makes it particularly convenient for urban customers.
A key feature of XTRALITE NOW is its translucent body, which enables customers to conveniently check the LPG level without having to estimate the quantity of gas remaining. The product also offers express doorstep delivery, with customers being assured of delivery within 180 minutes of booking, subject to applicable service conditions.
With minimal documentation requirements and only proof of identity being required, XTRALITE NOW is particularly suited to working professionals, students, new tenants and other customers who may not have local proof of address. Bookings can be made through multiple channels, including the IndianOil ONE App, IndianOil Customer Portal, WhatsApp, IVRS, missed-call services, e-commerce platforms and authorised distributors.
In Berhampur, the 10 Kg XTRALITE NOW cylinder is priced at Rs. 4862 while a refill costs Rs. 1676. The domestic pressure regulator is priced at Rs. 295, including GST.
As part of an introductory offer valid from August 1 to December 31, customers will receive incentive of Rs. 295 on the cylinder and Rs. 236 on each refill.
The launch of XTRALITE NOW in Berhampur and Gopalpur marks another important milestone in IndianOil’s efforts to expand access to innovative LPG solutions and cater to the evolving needs of customers across Odisha.
