Paperman Media (Bhubaneswar )- Birla Global University (BGU) presents the inaugural edition of the Times EduRise AI Boot Camp & Conclave, an initiative by The Times of India, scheduled to be held on 16th May at the BGU campus, Bhubaneswar.
Focused on students aged 16–22 years, the one-day initiative aims to create awareness around Artificial Intelligence, future careers, innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies through experiential and interactive learning formats, aligned with Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of preparing India’s youth for an AI-driven future.
The conclave will feature AI expert sessions to educate students on how Artificial Intelligence is transforming jobs, startups, entrepreneurship, and future career opportunities in the age of AI, along with AI hackathons, quiz contests, entrepreneurship discussions, and future-skills interactions engaging students from schools, colleges, universities, and coaching institutes across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
Students participating in the AI Hackathon will compete in teams of 3–5 members, while quiz participants will compete in teams of 3 members, encouraging collaborative learning, innovation, and problem-solving.
The event is expected to witness participation from more than 500 students and parents, with a wider outreach to over 5000 youth. Organizers have already received a massive response from institutions and students across the region, with responses received from more than 100 educational institutions across the twin cities.
Participants will have the opportunity to compete for awards, prize money, and official participation certificates from The Times of India. Due to limited seats and high interest levels, early responses and registrations will be given preference.
The platform has been conceptualized to help students understand how Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries, career opportunities, and the future of work while also enabling interactions with industry experts, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
