Paperman Media ( Bhubaneswar )- Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital has added another milestone to its healthcare services with the inauguration of its dedicated Department of Pain Medicine on the ground floor of the hospital.
Guided by the leadership of Dr. Tirupati Panigrahi, Chairman, Hi-Tech Group, the new department aims to provide advanced, accessible and compassionate care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain. The facility will offer comprehensive diagnosis, advanced pain-management services and interventional treatment options, strengthening the hospital’s specialised healthcare infrastructure.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Suresh Kumar Panigrahi, Managing Trustee and Group CEO, Hi-Tech Group; Prof. (Dr.) Sitaram Mahapatro, Director Administration and Medical Superintendent, HMCH; and Dr. Gautam Das, eminent pain physician from Daradia Pain Clinic, Kolkata, among other medical professionals and guests.
The new Department of Pain Medicine is expected to benefit patients requiring specialised evaluation and treatment for persistent and complex pain conditions, while reducing the need to seek advanced pain-management services elsewhere.
