Bhubaneswar- The leading odia weekly Samikshya today felicitated to Paperman India Shashanka Sekhar Dash in his office at Bapuji Nagar here after conferred 4th time Limca Book of Records. Today editor Samikshya Dr Maheswar, senior Journalist of Odisha Bapi Mishra, Journalist from Bamda Manoj Choudhury, special correspondent of paper Anjan Bhatta, sub editor sasmita Sahoo, Bhubaneswar reporter Mamali Sethy and researcher Odia language and literature Subhasmita Nayak felicitated Mr Dash and Anjan took an interview for the paper. Dr Maheswar presented two books of him to Paperman India.
Paperman presented his book Khabarakagaja Aneka Katha to Dr Maheswar and Bapi Mishra during the period. Dr Maheswar gave assurance to Shashanka for the 2nd enlarged edition of this book by his publishing house Dhauli Publication.
Recently Shashanka got confirmation from Limca Book of Records for the 4th Record in Newspaper collection. His recent conferred record is Largest Foreign Language Newspaper Collection. Till date he collected more than 6500 newspapers from 106 countries and 88 languages. These are 4414 different titles. On 30th November he has exhibited his collection for Guinness World Records.
Mr Dash started a newspaper museum and research center in the name of his retired school headmaster father. Dolagobinda Newspaper museum and research center will help in future the the rural folk.
