Shashanka Sekhar Dash, s/o – Dolagobinda Dash, retired renowned teacher of Arangabad village under Bari block of Jajpur appointed as the Peace Ambassador of Gandhi Peace Foundation, Nepal for Odisha.Towards such type of achievement from Bari to Bhubaneswar many organizations, journalist, civil society giving congratulations and pray for him a great success towards the journey to Nepal.

Shashanka is also a well known journalist and works in different media fields. His main focus was to collect different types of newspapers. For this still now he has collected more than 6500 news paper from all over the world. Among them 4316 are different titles. These are of 96 different languages from 104 countries.  It is a big achievement for Shashanka for why he has reached to the goal. He has also runned a web news portal named as the Paperman India.  He has been awarded by Limca Book of Records for the largest collection of different newspaper around the Globe and also qualifies for the Guinness World Records. Soon he will get the record title.

He also established a small museum on newspaper at his village Arangabad with his father’s name. Discussing with Shashanka he told his grandfather was a member of Padyatra of Mahatma Gandhi in the year of 1934 when he had crossed Bari road. He going to organize some program related on Gandhi on his 150 birth ceremony. To recall the Gandhian thoughts he is going to walk from Puri the Jaganath Dham to the Raktatirtha Eram of Bhadrak district in coming November with support of INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Culture) Odisha chapter along some volunteers. They will take rest where Gandhi had stayed.
