Handicap Youth unable to get DRI loan due to Banks’ Monopoly- 020819

Bari- Kathia Behera aged about 24 yrs S/o- Raghu Behera of Badakujhala, Shyamdaspur GP under Jajpur block, Jajpur is a handicap person with 75% as per certification by CDMO Jajpur. With kathia his wife and a two year daughter lives in kujhala village under this Panchayat and doing daily laborious works in nearby villages with very difficulty. Only one rupees rice, INR 700 from Dibyanga stipend unable to change the bad condition towards the daily life activities.  Kathia had applied a DRI loan to do some business for the self employment at the office of Jajpur Block Development officer and this office after verified all documents as per their regulation they forwarded the file to Andhra Bank, Baruan branch vide their office letter no 466 dated on 29.01.2019 for the loan sanction. Since from February to this Month Kathia had visited the bank more than 15 times and unable to get his loan amount. As per Kathia statement the bank staffs even the manager unable to hear his problem and avoid disbursing his loan though he has to deserve it. Even the bank official demands him bribe, without this they unable to provide his loan. So a complete investigation required to give justice to this Dibyanga otherwise this dibyanga family will lose their faith on the scheme.
